Shipping cost

All our products have FREE SHIPPING.

Due to the large amount of orders we are receiving, we have implemented the PRIORITY SHIPPING option during checkout, which means that we will give priority to your order while processing in our systems (this does not represent faster shipping but higher priority in the processing process).

Delivery time

Our delivery times are generally divided into two parts:

Order processing time : Verification of the order and the correctness of the information recorded with a subsequent verification with the supplier. This process takes a maximum of 3 business days.

Shipping time : This refers to the period of time between shipment from the supplier's warehouses and delivery to the customer's destination. All orders will be shipped from our international warehouses (China, Poland or USA) depending on the destination address. However, if our nearest warehouse is out of stock, we will ship the package from any other warehouse with availability.

Due to the volumes we are processing at the moment, once the order is correctly processed by our suppliers, shipments can take from 7 to 15 working days as we ship to direct order and do not have stock ready for delivery, the which gives us the ability to maintain competitive prices with relatively fast shipping. Please note that the above times are purely indicative and depend solely on the country of destination and the political/health conditions of the local shippers.

Once shipped, all tracking information will be sent via email. The tracking code received will give real-time updates regarding the package. If your tracking number is still not available 3 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us via email.

Please note that considering the current global pandemic situation (COVID-19), shipping times may be longer than normal . Our company dissociates itself from unforeseen events such as delays due to force majeure (holidays, weather conditions, epidemics, customs clearance times, etc.).

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and verified, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will automatically be made to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post your refund.

RETURNS

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. To be able to make a return, the item must not have been used in any way, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Furthermore, it must be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via email. If the return is accepted, we will send you all the information on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without first initiating a return procedure in the manner set out above will not be accepted.

Please note that the shipping costs of the product to our office are always paid by the customer and cannot be refunded .

COUPONS NOT ENTERED

If you forget to enter the discount code, the amount cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a voucher equivalent to that amount for a subsequent purchase.
