A: After a box is activated, it has a total of 10G traffic and a validity period of 15 days. After it is used up, you can purchase a package on the GlocalMe IOT APP. Delivery time
Our delivery times are generally divided into two parts:

Shipping time : This refers to the period of time between shipment from the supplier's warehouses and delivery to the customer's destination. All orders will be shipped from our international warehouses (China, Poland or USA) depending on the destination address. However, if our nearest warehouse is out of stock, we will ship the package from any other warehouse with availability.
Due to the volumes we are processing at the moment, once the order is correctly processed by our suppliers, shipments can take from 7 to 15 working days as we ship to direct order and do not have stock ready for delivery, the which gives us the ability to maintain competitive prices with relatively fast shipping. Please note that the above times are purely indicative and depend solely on the country of destination and the political/health conditions of the local shippers.
Once shipped, all tracking information will be sent via email. The tracking code received will give real-time updates regarding the package. If your tracking number is still not available 3 business days after your order has been shipped, please contact us via email.

REFUNDS

RETURNS
